The network structure comprises the following:

The Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is the overall governing body of the institution. AGM meet once in a year by all member organizations.
The Board (Executive Committee). This is the organ with the responsibility over all the affairs of the Network.
The Secretariat, composed by professionals performing the day to day activities of the institution and headed by the Lead/CEO.
